Platform & API Terms

These Terms govern your access to the LogicSeal website, API sandbox, and asynchronous ingestion terminal (the "Service"), operated by Drivingseat LLC ("we", "us"). If your firm has executed a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with us, the terms of that MSA shall supersede these Terms in the event of a conflict.

1. Demarcation of Services (Not Legal Advice)

LogicSeal provides deterministic cryptographic infrastructure for mass historical log ingestion and vector adjudication. We are a technical infrastructure provider. We are not a law firm, investment advisor, or broker-dealer. The Merkle-grade receipts and vector outputs generated by the Service do not constitute legal advice. You maintain absolute responsibility for all client strategy, regulatory interfacing, and legal compliance.

2. Acceptable Use & API Integrity

The Service is designed to accelerate forensic legal discovery. You agree not to:

• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to extract, scrape, or decompile our proprietary SLM prompts, vector databases, or markdown chunking methodologies.
• Train Competing Models: Systematically submit payloads to extract adjudication rationales for the purpose of training a competing compliance model or LLM/SLM.
• Falsify Evidence: Submit altered or deceptive historical logs for the purpose of generating a misleading cryptographic audit trail.

3. Enterprise Provisioning & Cryptography

Access to the production Service is provisioned manually upon execution of an SOW/MSA. You retain all ownership of the raw historical logs submitted. LogicSeal retains all rights to the underlying infrastructure and mathematical methods used to generate the Merkle Roots.

4. Limitation of Liability

Except as explicitly outlined in an executed MSA, the Service is provided "AS IS." To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Drivingseat LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, malpractice liability, or regulatory fines arising from the use of the Service.
